Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

The parcel's seal was broken before delivery. (Please record a quick unboxing video to fast-track your refund request).

Exchanges

For any other reasons, we offer a product replacement within 7 days:

Change of Mind (you want a different item).

Any other issues (wrong size, color, etc.).

Note: Exchanged items must be unused and in their original packaging.
